6 large, ripe, and firm peaches

Wash and peel the peaches
Remove a slice from the top, remove seeds and part of the pulp
Reserve the pulp
Mix it with rice, onion, raisins, garlic, salt, and pepper
Stuff the peaches with the mixture and drizzle with olive oil
Place them in a well-greased refractory mold, cover, and bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for about 20 minutes
Serve 6 portions.
