1/2 pound of custard in pieces
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 small teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
1/2 pound of custard in pieces
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 small teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
Arrange the custards, cut into slices, at the bottom of a baking dish that can go in the oven (reserving 6 slices for the final touch)
Place lemon juice on top
Mix together flour, confectioner's sugar, salt, cinnamon, and butter or margarine, until well combined, to create a crumbly mass that you will spread over the custards
Top with the reserved 6 slices, placing them like a star in the center of the baking dish
Bake at moderate heat for half an hour, so it's toasted on top
Hot or cold, with whipped cream or without accompaniment, this is a delicious dessert and good taste.
