6 small cheese without seeds

2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of grated melted cheese

Cut off the tops of the cheeses and remove the seeds
Arrange the cheeses in a baking dish
On one side, mix together the water, butter, and vanilla and pour it over the cheeses
Bake in a moderate oven (170°) without covering for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the pan juices
Mix the yogurt with the cheese
When serving, place a little of this mixture on top of each cheese
Serve 6 portions.
