Remove the stems from the strawberries
Slice the bananas into rings
Mix all fruits together and toss them with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent browning
To make the sauce, mix the yogurt with strawberry flavor and vanilla extract
Place pancake shells on serving plates
