10 dried damask plums, coarsely chopped

In a refrigerator-safe container, combine the damask plums and mango or orange juice
Tightly seal and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes
Add the mangoes
Seal again and cook on high for 4-7 minutes, until the mangoes are tender
Transfer to a food processor or blender
Add the yogurt and vanilla, blending until smooth
To serve, place 1/3 cup in each bowl and refrigerate until serving.
