6 large sweet potatoes
6 tablespoons (or 3 tablespoons of diet orange marmalade) of orange marmalade
1/2 cup of orange juice

Cut a small notch on each sweet potato, about 1.5 cm from the stem end, and carefully remove the seeds
Place 1 tablespoon of orange marmalade in the cavity of each sweet potato and arrange them side by side in a baking dish
Moisten the sweet potatoes with orange juice, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for about 45 minutes, until the sweet potatoes are tender but not wrinkled
Remove from the oven and let cool
If desired, serve each sweet potato with 1 tablespoon of chilled whipped cream, if you like it that way
Serve 6 portions.
