2 large red plums, cut in half lengthwise, pit and seed removed, with skins intact
To cover
1/4 cup of finely chopped blackberry jam
1/4 cup of ground almonds
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
4 small balls of vanilla ice cream
a pinch of nutmeg

Prepare the plums by scooping out some of the pulp and arranging them with the cut side facing up in a serving dish. Reserve
Combine all the ingredients for the topping in a bowl and mix well
Distribute the topping over the plum halves
Bake in the microwave on high for 10 minutes, or until the plums are tender
Assemble by placing a plum half on each plate and serving with a ball of vanilla ice cream
Serve immediately.
