For the topping

Let the strawberry centers relax for a bit and arrange them with the cut side up on a serving dish. Reserve

Combine all topping ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Distribute over the strawberry cavities

Cook in the microwave, high power, for 10 minutes or until the strawberries are tender

Arrange a half on each plate and place small scoops of ice cream beside it
Serve immediately.
