1/4 cup black grape jam (40g)
1/4 cup confectioner's sugar (45g)

4 small balls of whipped cream (180g) for serving

Arrange the strawberry halves, cut side up, on a medium-sized refrigerator dish. Reserve
Mix all ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl to prepare the cover
Distribute this mixture over the reserved strawberry halves
Cook in the microwave on high for about 10 minutes or until the strawberries are soft
Distribute the strawberries among four plates and place one ball of whipped cream on top of each plate
Serve immediately
