In a medium-sized pot, combine the vinegar, sugar, water, cardamom, and let it simmer until boiling
Let it cool down
Cut the pineapples and mangos, without peeling, into four parts and then cut each part into fine slices
Cut the lime and orange wedges in half
Arrange the fruits in layers, with raisins, in sterilized jars
Pour the syrup on top
Close the lids
Process in a water bath for 30 minutes, for 1-liter jars, and 15 minutes, for 1/2-liter jars
Make 4 liters.
