'1/2 package of macaroni'
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 egg lightly beaten
Salt and black pepper to taste
'1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese'
'1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese'
'1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese'
'1/2 cup of breadcrumbs'
1 tablespoon of butter
'1/2 package of macaroni'

Cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling water until al dente
Drain, rinse with cold water, and drain again
In a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour, and whisk well
Add the milk gradually, whisking frequently, until the sauce is creamy
Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, then stir in the egg, salt, and pepper to taste
In a baking dish, layer macaroni, cheese, and sauce, finishing with a layer of sauce on top
Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top
TO FREEZE - Let it cool slightly, wrap, and store in the freezer
TO DEFROST AND SERVE - Remove from freezer
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 45-50 minutes
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to golden brown breadcrumbs.
