1 large onion

500g of short pasta cooked al dente

1 Cut the onion into pieces and wash it thoroughly
Cook with water and salt until tender
Drain and let cool for a bit
In a blender, blend the onion with milk
2 In a pan, heat the oil, melt the butter, caramelize the onion and bacon
Add the blended onion, mozzarella, and cream of milk
Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle parsley
3 Preheat the oven to 220°C
Lightly grease a large baking dish, place the cooked pasta al dente and top with the cream mixture
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve hot
