3 cloves of garlic, mashed
1 tablespoon of sweet herb seed
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of green olive, pitted and finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon of salt

In a large, uncovered ceramic dish, bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil in the microwave on high for 10 minutes or until boiling
Add the macaroni and return it to the oven without covering, at high heat for 15 minutes or until al dente, stirring three times during that time
Let it rest in the microwave for 5 minutes, stirring halfway through to complete cooking
Prepare the sauce: in a medium-sized ceramic dish, mix all the ingredients and without covering, bring it to a boil in the microwave on high for 5 minutes or until the tomato is soft
Drain the macaroni, add the sauce, stir well and transfer to a serving dish
Serve immediately
