Four cloves of garlic, minced
Half a green pepper, cut into small cubes
One tablespoon of capers
Four tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
500g cooked spaghetti al dente
Chopped fresh parsley, to taste

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat
Soften the onion and garlic
Add the green pepper, capers, lemon juice, salt, and pepper
Stir well
Remove from heat and gently mix in the macaroni
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
