Combine all ingredients to obtain a mashed mixture. Reserve

In a pan, put the ham and cook over medium heat for six minutes or until the liquid that forms during cooking evaporates

Add the onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper and simmer for another minute
Add the tomato

Place the brandy in a shell and warm it over the flame of the stove, tilting to catch fire
Pour into the pan
Add the mustard and ketchup and mix for one minute
Finally, add the heavy cream, mixing for half a minute
Remove from heat and reserve

Place the ham in a cup and serve hot with melted Parmesan cheese and red pepper sauce.
