1 tablespoon of gelatin
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1 dash of pepper
3/4 cup of cold skim milk
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Soak the gelatin in 1 tablespoon of cold water
Dissolve in a warm water bath
Mix all ingredients, including dissolved gelatin, and refrigerate until it starts to thicken
Beat until the mixture becomes foamy
Refrigerate until firm
Beat again and store as needed
Just before serving, vigorously mix, adding cold skim milk or lemon juice to taste to achieve consistency
Serves 1 cup with approximately 5 calories per tablespoon
