In a bowl, beat all the ingredients except for the oil
Add the oil in a thin stream, still beating with 2 forks, until the mayonnaise is ready
Note: If desired, after the mayonnaise is prepared, add 1 tablespoon of mustard and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
Serve in a cup.
