Heat the olive oil, add the garlic and cook over low heat for 2 minutes
Add the anchovies and tomatoes
Cook over low heat, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens, about 25-30 minutes
Add the tuna and seasonings
Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes
Serve with 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
