1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
2 baby bananas or 1 Principe melon
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
4 lime wedges

In a small bowl, mix together the oats, yogurt, sugar, and pineapple
Stir well
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight
Cut the baby bananas in half (or melon into 4 pieces), removing the seeds
Divide the oat mixture among the fruit cavities
Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes
Garnish with a lime wedge
Serve 4 portions.
