1 small package of Amazonian vanilla beans
2 scoops of creamy ice cream
1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup of crystallized orange peel, cut into strips

Cut the vanilla bean in half
Remove the seeds
Remove a little bit of the pulp
Mix well the pulp, add the lime juice and mix with the ice cream
Place it in the freezer
When the ice cream is firm, form balls and place them on the halved vanilla beans
Dust with crystallized orange peel
Serve 4 portions.
