1/2 cup (stick) of butter
1.2 kg of maminha, cut into cubes
2 cups (stick) of boiling water
1 meat broth tablet
500 g of baby peas
2 sprigs of rosemary
1 sprig of thyme

Step 1: In a large pressure cooker, melt the butter over medium heat
Step 2: Add the maminha and cook until it's nicely browned
Step 3: Add the boiling water and meat broth tablet
Cover the cooker and cook for 20 minutes (starting from when the cooker begins to whistle)
Step 4: Remove from heat, release pressure carefully, and add baby peas, rosemary, and thyme
Cover again and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until the maminha is tender
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
