Cream Filling
Remove bones and skin from chicken
Cube the chicken into 2-centimeter pieces and reserve
Sauté the onion in butter, low heat, for 5 minutes
Add chicken, red pepper flakes, plum, lemon juice, and cream of milk
Mix until simmering
Let it cool
Dough
In a blender, mix 1 cup flour with remaining ingredients
Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add remaining flour, and mix until smooth
Assembling
Preheat oven to medium temperature
Place a small amount of dough in the refrigerator and top with a small quantity of cream filling
Repeat the operation once more
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Cut into lengthwise pieces and serve
