2 to 2.5 kg of beef cut into steaks (tenderloin or strip loin)

Place the beef in a bowl
Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over the beef
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for one night, turning occasionally
Remove the beef from the marinade and place on the grill about 10 cm away from the coals
Grill for 13 to 20 minutes (or to taste) and brush with the marinade several times
