2 cups coconut milk
1 cup whole milk
6 tablespoons cornstarch
2/3 cup sugar

Heat the coconut milk and 1 cup of whole milk
Mix the cornstarch with the remaining milk and sugar
Add the mixture to the hot coconut milk
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Remove from heat
Cover and let cool for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Remove from heat
Beat until smooth and creamy
Pour into a mold with a hole in the center and refrigerate until firm
