Soak the flavorless gelatin in water and dissolve it in a bain-marie
Beat the egg whites until snowy, add sugar and dissolved gelatin
Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set
Dissolve the tangerine-flavored gelatin in hot water
Beat the egg whites until snowy, add sugar and dissolved gelatin
Place on top of the first layer and refrigerate until set
Cut into squares and carefully roll in shredded coconut
Use any remaining coconut to decorate the dessert.
