In a stand mixer, beat the egg yolks, gradually adding the sugar
Open the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds with a knife, allowing them to fall into the mixer bowl
Finally, add the cocoa powder
Beat until it forms a thick cream
Gradually add the Marsala wine and cook in a bain-marie, stirring with a wooden spoon
Remove from heat and let cool
Add the mascarpone cheese, gradually, and mix well
