In a bowl, beat the eggs with a hand whisk (chicote) until frothy
Add the flour and salt and beat until smooth
Gradually add the milk and melted butter
Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Grease an anti-stick frying pan of 20 cm in diameter with oil and heat it over medium heat
When hot, pour 2 1/2 tablespoons of the mixture
Incline the pan to spread the mixture evenly into a thin layer
Fry until the edges are golden brown, flip with a spatula and cook on the other side
Repeat the process until all the batter is used up
Reserve.
