4 scallions finely chopped
A small bunch of fresh parsley chopped coarsely
Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook the pasta according to manufacturer's instructions and drain
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the pasta and stir until coated with oil
Add the remaining ingredients except for parsley, and stir well
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
