Melt the butter and add the onion, then the flour
Cook slowly until golden brown
Add the grated Parmesan cheese
Stir in the hot broth and bring to a simmer
When ready to serve, combine the egg yolks mixed with milk
Heat and adjust seasoning
Serve approximately 8 servings.
