Keep the butter in a well-insulated refrigerator with ice packs
Combine the wheat flour, yeast, and salt
Add the cold butter or margarine to the dry ingredients and mix well
Add all the milk at once and knead lightly for a few seconds, using the minimum amount of additional flour needed
Roll out on a floured surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm
Cut into small puffs with a small cup passed through wheat flour
Fry in a lightly greased skillet over low heat until the puffs are golden brown underneath and then turn them over to cook the other side
