In a bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast
Add the Gorgonzola cheese
Add the softened butter or margarine and mix with 2 forks until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Gradually add the milk, mixing lightly
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead slightly
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm
Cut into circles about 4.5 cm in diameter using a cookie cutter dusted with flour
Place the cutouts on an ungreased baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven (220°C) for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown
