1 tablespoon of salt

Mix the two flours and salt together
Add liquid gradually until a soft dough forms
To test if the dough is ready, take a small piece between your fingers, let it fall and catch it in mid-air
The dough should follow the movement of your hand
Beat the dough well
Place with 1-2 millimeters of water and let it rest for about an hour
Note: The Experimental Kitchen of Claudia tested recipes using this dough with store-bought puff pastry, frozen (Aarosa), and the result was excellent.
