1/2 kg of catupiry cheese spread

Mix the cheese with the butter or margarine, kneading until it forms a well-bound dough
Add the yeast and wheat flour, kneading after each period to form a dough that can be worked on
Roll out thinly, cut into rounds using the rim of a large cup and fill with creamed palm and camembert (recipe below)
Fold, sealing the edges with an egg white without beating
Brush with raw egg yolk on top and bake in a moderate oven (190°C).
