1 cup of wheat flour

2-3 tablespoons of cold water

Add the butter or margarine in small pieces to the flour, mixing with two spatulas until a granular consistency is reached
For a very delicate dough, combine half of the butter or margarine and mix with two knives until it resembles coarse crumbs
Then add the remaining butter or margarine
Knead, using 1 tablespoon of cold water to moisten one side of the dough and mixing with a fork
Next, moisten the dry side with the second tablespoon of cold water and mix until all the dough is fully hydrated
Continue moistening the dough with water until it is completely soaked
Gather the dough into a ball using your fingers
Then open the dough on a lightly floured surface and place it in a cake pan
The dough should be approximately 22 cm in diameter.
