Blend the cashews or caju nuts in a blender until they're finely ground
Mix with the cashew extract and powdered confectioner's sugar
Add the egg whites, 1 tablespoon at a time, beating well with a spoon
Continue adding egg whites until the mixture has a smooth and creamy consistency
Knead the mixture well with your hands until it becomes a smooth and pliable dough
Then, make fruit and vegetable shapes using this dough
To do so, dip the dough in special food coloring and shape into desired forms.
