Thoroughly clean and slice the shiitake mushrooms
In a pan, melt one tablespoon of butter and sauté the garlic until golden brown

Add the shiitake mushrooms, salt, and cook over high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

In another pan, heat the remaining butter and sear the filet mignon cutlets dusted with wheat flour
Step 4
Add the beef broth, cook for 5 minutes, and combine with the shiitake mushrooms
