3 meringue discs with a diameter of 8.7 inches

1 Hull the strawberries and reserve some for garnish
Beat the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form
Spoon into a bag with a pitanga tip
Place one meringue disc on a plate and spread a layer of whipped cream in circles
2 Place a small amount of chopped strawberries over the whipped cream
Add another meringue disc and repeat the process, alternating layers until all ingredients are used up
Finish with whipped cream and whole strawberries reserved.
