Cut the strawberries and reserve some for decorating
Whip the heavy cream with the granulated sugar until it forms stiff peaks
Place in the confection bag
Place one meringue cookie on a plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on top, forming circles
Place a spoonful of chopped strawberries over the whipped cream
Place another meringue cookie and repeat the process, alternating layers until all ingredients are used up
Finish with whipped cream and whole strawberries reserved.
