Whisk together all the ingredients and reserve
Heat a non-stick skillet greased with butter over high heat, then reduce the heat and add 1/2 cup of the batter
When bubbles appear on the surface, flip the pancake and fry the other side
Repeat the process until the batter is gone
Serve with caviar or smoked salmon with a cream and lemon juice mixture
For 1 cup of cream, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
