Heat a large frying pan, fry the green pepper in olive oil
Remove the green pepper and discard excess oil in the pan
Add the linguiça to the pan and cook, stirring until golden brown and crumbly
If there's excess fat, pour it off
Add the tomato sauce, onion, and green pepper
Cook while stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling
Preheat the oven to a hot temperature (400°F)
Place the mini pizzas in an oven-safe dish
Divide the filling among them
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes
Makes 15 mini pizzas.
