Cook the miolo in hot salted water, seasoned with 1 tablespoon of vinegar, for 20 minutes
Drain and submerge in cold water
Cover with a plate and let it cool down
Clean the miolo by removing all membranes
Cut into small pieces
Soak in the mixture of remaining ingredients
Serve 2 to 3 times.
