1 tablespoon hot ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Mix the brown sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan
Add the water and stir well
Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and simmers for 3 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients
Remove from heat
Serve warm with spring rolls.
