200g Mozzarella

Heat the olive oil
Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until it's evenly browned for 4-5 minutes
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens (about 10 minutes)
Season to taste with salt and black pepper
If the sauce is too thick, add a little boiling water
Just before serving, add cubed Mozzarella
Serve over cooked pasta of your choice (e.g
macaroni or penne) for 4-6 people
Optional: serve with Parmesan cheese
