In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate, milk, and sugar
Cook over low heat, stirring until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is smooth, about 3-5 minutes
Do not let it boil
Let it cool for 10 minutes and add the Amaretto
Use 1 1/4 cups or 20 tablespoons.
