4 slightly beaten eggs

60g of bittersweet chocolate
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Whisk the eggs and sugar together very well
In a saucepan, heat the chocolate and milk over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate melts
Add this mixture to the egg mixture, whisking well
Let it cool and serve over ice cream
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
