Two-thirds of a cup of heavy cream
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
One-half cup of whipped heavy cream
3 tablespoons of rum
Two-thirds of a cup of heavy cream

3 tablespoons of confectioner's sugar
One-half cup of whipped heavy cream
3 tablespoons of rum
Scald two-thirds of a cup of heavy cream in a bain-marie
Beat the 2 eggs with the confectioner's sugar
Slowly add the scalded heavy cream
Return to the heat and cook until thickened slightly
Chill in the refrigerator until well chilled
To serve, combine with whipped cream and rum
Excellent with coffee or chocolate ice cream
Serves 1 1/2 cups.
