1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups cooked or roasted chicken, shredded
1 small cup plain yogurt

Saute the onion in oil until softened
Add the curry powder, flour, and garlic
Cook while stirring for 1 minute
Add the chicken, yogurt, and salt to taste
Simmer over low heat only to warm
Use 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
