1 small cup of natural yogurt - 200g
2 tablespoonfuls of mayonnaise - 30g
3 tablespoonfuls of mustard - 45g
1 tablespoonful of lemon juice - 15ml
1 tablespoonful of grated lime zest
1 clove of garlic, minced - 4g
1 tablespoonful of chopped parsley - 5g
Salt and black pepper to taste

Mix the yogurt lightly
Add the mayonnaise while still mixing
Combine the remaining ingredients and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding salt and black pepper to taste
