Combine the walnuts and parsley in a processor
Add the butter and process until a paste forms
Add the flour, then the olive oil, processing between each addition until a creamy sauce forms
Add the milk and season with salt and black pepper to taste
Makes about 1 1/2 cups of sauce
Use with 500g (1 package) of spaghetti
Serves 4-6 people.
