1 fish of about 1 kg (sea bass, mullet, namorado, etc.)
salt to taste
2 large onions
2 tomatoes
1 bunch of fresh parsley
3 soup spoons of olive oil
2 soup spoons of vinegar
Red Sauce:
1 soup spoon of butter
salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion to taste
1/4 cup of dry white wine
1 soup spoon of tomato extract
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of heavy cream

Clean the fish and season with salt
Place it in a baking dish and let it rest for 10 minutes
Process 2 large onions, tomatoes, and parsley in a blender or food processor
Add olive oil and vinegar to the mixture
Spread it evenly around and on top of the fish
Put it in the oven
When the fish is cooked, drizzle 1 soup spoon of butter over the top
For the red sauce, melt the butter and add salt, pepper, onion, white wine, tomato extract, and Worcestershire sauce to taste
Mix well, let it cook for a bit, then stir in heavy cream
Serve warm over the fish that should be in a baking dish.
